    Asharqia chamber launches on Monday the 2024 Commercial Forum "The Future of Business."

    Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province, The Asharqia Chamber launches on Monday, February 19, the 2024 Commercial Forum "The Future of Business." The forum will witness the participation of experts and specialists in the commercial sector, at its headquarters in Dammam. Among the forum's activities, Sami bin Ibrahim Al-Hussaini, the Governor of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises "Monsha'at," will participate as a keynote speaker.

    The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ruzaiza, said that the forum aims to enhance the role of the private sector as a partner in the national economy, develop the foundations of investment in national projects, and maximize the principle of sustainability in business, in addition to raising awareness and educating entrepreneurs.

     

    Al-Raziza explained that the forum reviews a number of topics that affect the business process, including customer behavior trends and their impact on the future of business, where the changes occurring and expected in customer behavior and their implications for business success and growth are discussed, and the importance of competition and sustainability strategies in the success of the entrepreneur, through which values are employed. Competition and the principle of sustainability as main strategies for success and excellence, in addition to operating efficiency for the success of projects in view of innovation and creativity and their role in the growth and expansion of enterprises. It also aims to enhance the role of the private sector as a partner in the national economy, develop the foundations of investment in national projects, and maximize the principle of sustainability in business in addition to raise awareness and educate entrepreneurs, shed light on the challenges that limit the growth of commercial activity, focus on successful experiences, and extract appropriate mechanisms to overcome these challenges that work within a system for the growth of this vital sector.

    Al-Raziza emphasized that the commercial sector continues to achieve accomplishments thanks to the unlimited support from the wise leadership, indicating that the forum will shed light on the challenges facing the commercial sector for studying them and proposing realistic solutions.

     

    The forum aims to enhance cooperation with relevant authorities to develop work mechanisms, in addition to working on finding modern means to attract entrepreneurs to seize investment opportunities available in various fields.

     

    On this part, the Chairman of the Chamber's Commercial Committee, Hani bin Hassan Al-Afaleq, stated that the first session of the forum will address the axis of customer behavior trends and their impact on the future of business. Speakers in this session include Abdulrahman Al-Olayan, Co-founder and CEO of Nice One, Consumer Protection Specialist Fahd Al-Buqami, Customer Experience Manager Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, with the session chaired by Ali bin Saeed Al-Muraisil, a member of the Chamber's Commercial Committee.

     

    The second session, focusing on the importance of competition and sustainability strategies in the success of entrepreneurs, will feature Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Omran, Partner, Co-founder, and CEO of Impact46, Ibrahim bin Jamal Al-Jassim, Chairman of Ibaj Holdings, and Mohammed bin Suleiman Al-Saif, CEO of Al-Saif Gallery, with the session chaired by Abdullah bin Khalid Al-Zamil, CEO of Raz Capital.

     

    In the third session, which addresses the role of innovation and creativity in enhancing project operational efficiency, speakers include Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ayban, Founder and CEO of Nearpay, Marketing Consultant Dr. Mohammed Hattahout, Engineer Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Qadi, Founder and CEO of Al-Dhawqah Food Company, and Salman Al-Mandil, CEO of Jahiz Ghassab Group, with the session chaired by Mashhoor bin Abdullah Al-Dabayan, an investor and host of the Swalef Business podcast.
